Biography

Cristobal Ortega was born in Quito on October 24, 1965 , is an artist who revolutionized the art of finger paint in the United States.

He studied at the University Cultural Center Extension ( CECU ) Quito, Ecuador , then did a course International Culture and Development (Palace of Conventions in Havana Cuba ), the Cultural Policy Course . Second international conference in Havana Cuba and the Course of research on art and culture in Havana Cuba .
